We Help Organisations Think More Clearly With AI
Founded in Kuala Lumpur, Cipherbloom builds AI systems that are maintainable, explainable, and useful — not just technically impressive.
Back to HomeAssembled from the Ground Up in Malaysia
Cipherbloom began as a small team of engineers and advisors who kept seeing the same thing: Malaysian organisations were genuinely interested in AI but struggled to translate that interest into something operational. Vendors promised transformation; what arrived was usually a tool that nobody fully understood, connected to nothing, and used by no one.
We started with a different premise — that AI adoption is primarily an organisational challenge, not a technical one. Getting the model right matters far less than getting the framing, the process, and the people right. Our services are built around that belief.
Today, Cipherbloom works with manufacturers, professional services firms, and public sector bodies across the Klang Valley. We keep our engagements tightly scoped, our explanations plain, and our team accessible throughout the project.
Our Mission
To make AI genuinely useful for Malaysian organisations by building systems that are well-understood, properly scoped, and connected to real operational needs — not just impressive in a demonstration.
Our Values
- Clarity over complexity — we explain what we're doing at every stage
- Scope discipline — we commit to a defined scope and stick to it
- Responsible deployment — every solution includes guidance on appropriate use
- Local presence — we're based here and available during business hours

Our Standards and Protocols
These aren't policies we wrote to look good — they're working practices that shape every engagement.
Data Handling Agreement
Every engagement includes a written data handling annex. Client data is used exclusively for the project it was shared for and deleted upon closure.
Scoped Proposals
We produce detailed written proposals before any work begins. Pricing, deliverables, and timelines are fixed — not estimated ranges.
Structured Check-ins
Clients receive regular written updates throughout the engagement. We don't disappear between deliverables — there's always a named point of contact.
Full Documentation
Every solution is documented in plain language so your team can maintain, extend, or hand it off to another provider if needed.
Responsible Use Guidelines
Each deployment comes with guidelines on appropriate use, limitations, and edge cases to help your team apply the system sensibly.
Confidentiality
All engagements operate under mutual non-disclosure agreements. Client information, systems, and findings are never shared or referenced without permission.
AI Services Grounded in Malaysian Business Context
Cipherbloom works with organisations across industries in the Klang Valley and wider Malaysia — from SME manufacturers in Shah Alam seeking better production line oversight, to professional services firms in the city centre with knowledge management challenges that have grown too large to handle manually.
Our approach reflects the reality of AI adoption in a Malaysian business context: budget consciousness, mixed technical capability across teams, strong expectations around delivery timelines, and a preference for clear communication in English. We've structured our services and our team to address each of those factors directly.
We do not offer retainers or ongoing managed services by default — our model is engagement-based, with a deliberate handover of knowledge and capability to your team at the end of each project. The goal is that your organisation becomes more capable, not more dependent.
